The Children’s Hospital at Providence
The only of its kind in Alaska, this hospital was started in the early 1990’s when a group of committed parents, staff and administrative leaders accepted the challenge of building a facility where, children, babies and families would be given excellent medical care right in Alaska. Since 1988, this hospital has opened a newly remodeled pediatric center, NICU, subspecialty clinic, and maternity center to provide state of the art medical treatment for Alaska’s children, newborns and their families.
